In 2018, James Moffatt stepped away from a 17 year tenure at Hutker Architects to launch GREENWATER ARCHITECTS, a full service architectural firm on Martha’s Vineyard focused on the process of design.
Our integrated design approach builds upon the team’s 28 years of experience, beginning at the earliest stages of the client relationship. We value Owner’s participation in each phase of design. It is vital that a home responds to family goals and a shared vision for the property.
We encourage and value a collaborative relationship with our talented pool of interior designers, landscape architects, builders and craftspeople to develop all aspects of the design.
